AJ Hochhalter started Listen Design Studio four years ago upon graduating from The University of Kentucky Gatton School of Business. Since then, he has worked with some of the nation’s best indie film directors as well as with large national and international corporate brands. His studio is located in the historic Lexington Livery in downtown Lexington, Kentucky. His work has received honors from The American Advertising Federation, as well as gained entrance to prestigious festivals such as The Sundance Film Festival, Big Sky Documentary Festival, Santa Barbara International Film Festival and the !f Istanbul Festival. His most recent work with Blood Brother took home both the US Audience Award and the Grand Jury Prize at the 2013 Sundance Film Festival. From Youtube and Vimeo alone, AJ’s work has been heard over 5 million times.

Also, the film I wrote music for "Blood Brother" won the US Documentary Audience Award and Grand Jury Prize at Sundance this year. Here is some press regarding the film and my involvment:
