The Kentucky Tourism, Arts and Heritage Cabinet will conduct a zoom public hearing Thursday, October 14, 2021 between the hours of 1:00 – 2:00PM local time.  The purpose of the public hearing is to solicit public comments regarding: (i) the Application of ECL Corbin, LLC for the development of a tourism attraction project to be located in Knox/Whitley County, Kentucky (“Project”), and for sales tax incentives provided by the Kentucky Tourism Development Act (KTDA) sales tax credit program pursuant to KRS 148.850-148.859; and (ii) the designation of these eligible companies as a preliminary approved company and the preliminary authorization for the undertaking of a tourism recreation or entertainment facility project. Persons wishing to present evidence and comment on the applications in connection with the proposed Project may participate by contacting Michael Crabtree for the zoom information at 502.892.3237 email [email protected] or may do the same in writing. Any written submissions should be sent to the Kentucky Tourism, Arts and Heritage Cabinet, 500 Mero St., 5th Floor, Frankfort, Kentucky.
